Hey hey guys,
been a hectic 4 Days! Been down in London for a golf event for GAUCHO at St George’s Hill. An absolute dream of a golf course. Incredible! ⛳️⛳️⛳️ I was doing a beat the pro on the 8th hole and on every hole we had diff food and drink!!! I was next to the vodka! 😉 good choice! Straight vodka with ice is really the best alcoholic drink for anyone that trains! No calories at all. Also gets you very very intoxicated!!!!
I worked my arse off last week and ive stayed really healthy despite having 3 days of the gym as I have been away. When I travel a lot i hVe to eat the cleanest because I don’t always have time to gym! I always do 50 sit ups before I go to sleep and some squats. Makes me feel a little bit better about neglecting my temple!
Mon the thursday Matthew my trainer & I did a really strong session and I did some really good strong heavy slow repetition work! I am working on my core and stomach the most and alternating between back and legs! ??✔️?
This week I am going to smash it again – and work hare. I want to be the best so I have to push myself. It clears my mind , keeps me strong and makes me want to be better.
