Rugby Training 

Over the next 8-16 weeks i will be putting myself through a rigorous regime of fitness and conditioning sessions in order to get myself into the best shape I can for the new rugby season. 

All of my training and nutrition will be logged on this feed with some videos and pictures too. 

Looking forward to starting out and getting stuck into the new season with all of its new challenges.
