So youre a beast at the gym, working out hard, pushing yourself to extremes….thats AWESOME!! But are you also focusing on the time BEFORE and AFTER your workouts? If you are, great!! Keep it going!! If not, why?? What you do before after is just as crucial to your goals as working out.
